4. Hardie Race Promotions reserves the right to change a start time based on a number of factors - lighting, weather, driver turns outs, spectator numbers and any other reasonable factors.
5. Race meetings will generally be held on Saturday evenings, however, events do take place on Fridays and Sundays throughout the season. Please see our fixture list for further details.
6. Hardie Race Promotions reserve the right to amend or change ticket prices before or on the day of the event. This includes any future 'advance sales'.
7. Hardie Race Promotions cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings loss or damage that occurs at our venue. This includes vehicles.
8. Hardie Race Promotions cannot be held responsible for any errors throughout our website. This includes coding issues, type errors or web attacks.
